This beginners tutorial shows how to automatically web scrape football odds to Excel with the RPA tool UiPath. With only drag and drop and no code, we can data scrape odds from 200 football matches from Oddschecker to an Excel sheet.
We use the Data Scraping wizard in UiPath whenever we have structured data, we want to extract from any web page. In this example, we’ll use football odds from Oddschecker. I made a longer video about scraping odds for a sports betting client of mine (see link below).

0:00 Scrape any website
We can scrape any website to Excel with the RPA tool UiPath. Today’s example is football odds from Oddschecker. It’s a real-life example, as I solved this problem for a previous client. The setup was ofc. a bit more complicated. If you want to learn UiPath yourself, it’s very easy. UiPath is free and you can follow my guide here: https://youtu.be/sp5ZwFKfh-0

This simplifies a full solution I’ve built for a client who does sports betting for a living. The broader solution’s intuition is that he made arbitrage and did it manually up to the RPA solution to him. The robot will automatically data scrape the odds, compare them and send him a text message if there is value in a match.
