Create a OneDrive (or SharePoint or Dropbox) folder for your attachments.
0:37 Save Attachments When A New Email Arrives
Set up a Power Automate trigger to run whenever you receive a new email with attachment(s). Since an email can have more than one attachment, we use the Apply to each action to iterate through each attachment and save it to OneDrive. After we process the emails, we’ll mark them as read and completed. As an advanced feature, we add a dynamic file prefix to the attachment saved.
11:52 Send Dynamic emails
Power Automate is excellent for sending dynamic emails. Based on an Excel sheet, we want to send an email for each Excel row. The content should be dynamic – different email addresses, names, and content.
18:17 Dates in 5-digit format
If you’re working with data from Excel online, the dates are in a five-digit format. This number is days after the 30th of December 1899 – I’m not kidding you. So the strategy is to add the days to the 12-30-1899 date, which will get the correct result.
